LinkedIn profile visitor lists belong to the people, says Noyb

EU privacy advocacy group Noyb is challenging LinkedIn (owned by Microsoft) over its refusal to provide free users with full access to their profile visitor data, arguing that GDPR Article 15 entitles users to a copy of all their processed personal data regardless of whether the platform typically restricts such access to premium subscribers. Noyb contends that since LinkedIn provides this data to paying users, it cannot claim disclosing it to free users would harm visitor privacy rights, and seeks a legal precedent clarifying that paid-access user data falls under GDPR access rights.
